| Progress on our New Church Building |
An Update of our Progress: The progress of building the new church is underway. This is such an exciting time as we build a new church in the same location as the old church. Continue to keep the working crew in your prayers.
Most Recent Update:
On March 31, 2011 - The workers have begun work on the front of the church.
In April 2011 -They have been busy digging and preparing the church ground.
In May 2011 - The workers have taken down the offices and the rest of educational space. They have also begun to pour concrete and work on the playground area.
In June 2011- They have begun to reinforce walls and put up wooden framework and wooden roof. Concrete walls have been poured too.
In July 2011 - Playground fence has been put up, more wooden framework has been completed, and framework for classes and kitchen have begun.
In August 2011 - The workers are busy constructing the education building and kitchen framework.
In September 2011 - Metal framework and DensGlass sheating is going up and the construction of the office and educational framework continues.
In October 2011 - Bricks are being put up on the outside walls of the church building.
In November 2011 - Electrical wiring and Duct work has begun and the retaining wall has been put up.
In December 2011- Windows have been put in and sheet rock.
In January 2012- Concrete for the gymnasium has been poured, the sanctuary has been painted, heating and air conditioning units have been put in place.
In February 2012 - Stain glass windows are going up and work continues on the gym.
